Refund and Withdrawal Policy

This policy explains your right to withdraw from a purchase made in the Ecoviq online store and how refunds work. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

What you are buying

Ecoviq sells a digital, one-time licence for The Missing Energy Source™. Your purchase gives you access to the digital Installation Guide for one installation, as described in our End-User Licence Agreement. Nothing physical is shipped, so there is nothing to return.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of the day the contract is concluded, without giving any reason.

When the right of withdrawal ends

The licence and the Installation Guide are digital content that we make available right after payment. For this reason, at checkout we ask you to:

1. expressly request that we start supplying the digital content (licence activation and access to the Installation Guide) immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period has ended, and
2. acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have started supplying it.

We confirm your request and acknowledgement in your order confirmation email. Once we have started supplying the digital content, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

If we have not yet started supplying the digital content, you can still withdraw and we will refund your payment in full.

How to withdraw

Send us a clear statement that you are withdrawing, with your order number, by email to info@ecoviq.com. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don’t have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the withdrawal period ends.

Refunds

If you withdraw validly, we will refund all payments we received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method you used for the purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not be charged any fees for the refund.

If something is wrong with the digital content

Your statutory rights still apply regardless of the above. If you cannot access the Installation Guide, or it does not match what was described, contact us at info@ecoviq.com. We will fix the problem or provide the content again. If we cannot, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund.

Release of Liability

Use of our services and products is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or products, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us for the services or products in question. This limitation applies to all damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
